Vulcan Materials Company released our 2025 Sustainability Report, which illustrates how we integrate environmental, social and other sustainability-related focuses into our business to drive durable growth. Key performance highlights across core pillars include:

Empowering People: Reduced voluntary employee turnover to 19% (progressing toward a 15.75% goal by 2030) with an average employee tenure of 9.6 years. Over 20,000 courses were completed through Vulcan University.

Protecting Health & Safety: Achieved a 22% reduction in combined MSHA/OSHA injury rates compared to the 2021 baseline. Ninety-three percent of facilities operated with zero lost-time injuries.

Doing Business, the Right Way: Expanded proprietary Process Intelligence technology across 125 strategic facilities, helping 90% achieve high utilization and an 11% throughput increase. Serviced over 58,000 customers through 353,000+ transactions and engaged 28,000 MyVulcan portal users, processing more than $2 billion in payments.

Stewarding Natural Resources: Lowered Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 5.2% and sourced 14% of total electricity from renewable sources (surpassing its 2030 goal early). Maintained a 99% citation-free rate across 537 environmental inspections.

Building Strong Communities: Donated over $6.3 million through the Vulcan Materials Company Foundation and hosted nearly 9,000 neighbors across 230+ quarry tours.
