Northern Concrete Division's Central Dispatch Department is manned by  a staff of 20+ customer service and dispatch personnel with an average of 14 years experience within the concrete industry.

 

Our primary mission is to provide the best service in the industry to all our valued customers, while maintaining our ability to be flexible and responsive to individual customer’s needs.

 

To help us maintain this level of excellence, we utilize a state of the art computer and GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) system that was designed in-house by our dispatchers and computer specialists. This system is tailored to fulfill our customer’s specific needs. 

As is the case with any interaction between customers and suppliers, clear and concise communication is the key to our ability to provide you with the excellent service you deserve.

 

We’re sure that many of you may wonder why we ask so many detailed questions while taking your orders. You may be asked about specific mixes, precise yardages, correct unloading times, directions, unloading methods, etc.  While some of these questions may seem tedious, the accuracy of your answers is paramount to properly scheduling our personnel and equipment to provide you with the best service in a timely manner.  While we are proud of our overall on-time percentages, we are constantly striving to make them even better.

 

Our dispatch voice mail system, which can be accessed 24-hours a day, seven days-a-week gives our customers the ability to inform us of order changes as they occur, without having to wait until our office is open.
